REGISTRY CLERK (SUPERVISOR) 02 POSTS
Record Management
SALARY : R 227 802 per annum (Salary Level 8)
CENTRE : Capricorn District: District Office (01 Post) (REF: LDA 22/15) and Waterberg District:
District Office (01 Post) (REF: LDA 23/15)

 

REQUIREMENTS : Matric certificate plus a relevant NQF level 6 in Record Management/Public
Management/Human Resource Management. 1-2 years’ experience in Record and leave
Management will be an added advantage. Valid driver’s license (please attach certified
copy). Computer proficiency skills will be tested. Knowledge of registry duties, practices as
well as the ability to capture data, and operate computer. Working knowledge and
understanding of the legislative framework governing Record Management. Knowledge of
storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment. Understanding of
the work in registry.

 

DUTIES : Provide registry counter services. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Render
an effective filing and record management service. Operate office machines in relation to
the registry function. Process documents for archiving and/ disposal
