Key Purpose
To provide a professional retail training management service to IBD with the aim of improving the retail performance with the Affiliates.

Specific Outcomes
•Conduct retail training needs analysis for each Affiliate
•Implement and evaluate retail training for Affiliates
•Update training records and ensure overall compliance to the training catalogue for the Retail staff
•To identify the resource requirement for IBD’s training department to maximise retail performance
•To provide a fully accountable audit function on all training activities
•To liase with the different service provider rendering retail training in order to achieve maximum benefit for Engen IBD.
•Analyze retail problems and identify related training initiatives to address the skills shortage
•Design content of training programmes for retail rollout
•Training meets identified need
•Proactive liaison with service providers rendering retail training
•Planned and maintain training records
•Manage cross functional training initiatives with IBD
•Budget managed
•Training policy formulation for IBD
•Retail Training Standards & Procedures should be implemented
Education & Experience
•Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
•5 years Training Management experience is essential
•Petroleum experience will be advantageous.
•Previous training experience would be advantageous
