Rio Tinto HR Graduate / Recruitment Assistant Vacancy

We are looking for expressions of interest from HR Graduates ( Degree preferable) who are fluent in both Portuguese and English ( speak, write and read) to join the Recruitment Team in South Africa. This is a really exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team and gain international experience.

It is an interesting time to be in Mozambique with the country experiencing growth across multiple areas, including natural resources and tourism.  The locals speak Portuguese and whilst you do not need to have an understanding of the language, you will need to have an appreciation for the culture that comes with working in Africa.

You will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.  Your strengths will be your technical and communication skills as you will be building relationships and sharing knowledge in this new environment.
