REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with minimum of two years community work experience Excellent
communication skills (written and verbal ). Networking and and collaboration abilities,
flexibility and ability to adapt to change A code 8 drivers licence will be advantage

DUTIES : Identify community health needs and organize initiatives to address the needs.
Establish and sustain supports groups. Train child minders, traditional healers,
leaners and community on health related issues. Visit schools, workplaces, crèches
and churches to build and establish healthy public spaces. To give health education
at health facilities to clients. To distribute information and education communication
material. Attend and conduct community meetings. Compile reports.
