SA Express is a domestic and regional, passenger and cargo carrier established on 24 April 1994. SA Express has since become one of the fastest growing regional airlines in Africa. SA Express is recruiting Crew Coordinator to be based in Johanesburg

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate Aircrew on day before flight and day of flight in accordance with the published roster and company policies and procedures
• Provide support during irregular operations and emergency response
• Alert the team of any problems or deviations
• Update and manage crew amendments on roster
• Update and manage crew logbook
• Ensure crew documentation is correctly completed and signed
• Maintain the a proper filing system and safe keeping of crew documents
• Coordinate crew leave

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Must have Matric / Grade 12
• 2 years experience in Flight Operations Control Environment
• Monitoring Skills
• Quality Orientated

• Planning, coordinating and organising skills
• Civil & safety policies and procedures
• Crew documentation procedure
• Interpersonal Skills
• Be computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure
