1. Provisioning Administration Clerk
Remuneration: R123 738 per annum (Level 5)

Post requirements
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Supply Chain
Management/Public Administration/Public Management/Financial Management or related
fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have
completed an internship/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may
receive preference;*Appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post as well
competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
*Assist issuing and receiving of Cellular telephones for the Directorate.*Administer and
maintain of the Asset Register for the Directorate by ensuring that stocktaking is done.
*Assist in the appointment of Chief Users, Inventory Controllers for all Chief User according
to PAS Structure in writing within the prescribed time.*Ensure their stocktaking is done as
well as assisting them with correcting of the Asset Register. *Administer of all Logistical
process.

 

2. Provisioning Administration Clerk

Post requirements
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Supply Chain
Management/Public Administration/Public Management/Financial Management or related
fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have
completed an internship/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may
receive preference;*Appropriate/relevant experience in the field of the post as well
competency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage.

Core Functions:
*Capturing of received invoices on the invoice register/excel spreadsheets.*Make follow ups on the 0-9 system and update of the 0-9 on weekly basis.*Check the status of outstanding orders on Polfin.*Escalate problem issues to managers.*Fully participate in the
quarterly store stock takes and assist with the SAP24 Register.*Receive goods from
external/internal providers and issue items accordingly.

 

3. Provisioning Administration Clerk

Post requirements
*Be in possession of Senior Certificate (Grade 12);*Have a certificate in Supply Chain
Management/Public Administration/Public Management/Financial Management or related
fields; *Applicants in possession of a higher qualification in the specific field or who have
completed an internship/currently undergoing an internship in the Public Service may

*Administer and maintain of the Vehicle Asset Register for the Directorate.*Handle monthly
vehicle fleet returns.*Administering and maintaining of the damages and collision reported.
*Assist in monitoring of the Fuel certification.

General:
* Only the official application form (available on the SAPS website and at SAPS recruitment offices) will be accepted. The Z83 previously utilized will no longer be accepted.
