Able to outsell on the telephone

Strong Trader in Steel and Tube

Manage a Sales Team

Assist Sales staff reach targets

Assist Sales staff with quotations

Grow customer base and sales

Analyse sales and customer spend

Deal with customer queries and complaints

Source non-stocked items for customers

Prepare and participate in quarterly stock takes

Theincumbent needs to have at least 5 years’ experience in Steel and Tube

Computer literate

Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification will be an advantage

Customer service

Manage, motivate and monitor internal sales employees

Liaise with customers at all levels
