My client based in Langebaan requires an experienced Sales Receptionist
Main Responsibilities:
Answering the switchboard timorously
Able to sell and provide a holistic sales function
Attend to clients and suppliers in reception
Keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times
Ensure that the adequate office supplies are ordered and maintained accordingly
Handle telephone enquiries
Office management, such as Stationery ordering, refreshments
Completion of office admin duties
Liaise with clients
Filing invoices and various documents
Prepare beverages for visitors as needed
