Our Client is a leading stockist and distributor of steel, tube, pipe fittings, valves, pumps, irrigation and value-added products with 27 branches throughout South Africa require the service of an experienced Sales Representative.

Duties

Carry out daily visits to new clients

Meet sales targets

Promote products

Report sales trends

Monitoring competitor activity

Prepare and present visit plans and reports on a weekly basis

 

Requisites

The Sales Representative is expected to have very good sales skills  and product knowledge in our industry

Some professional training in Marketing, and being able to speak in English and Portuguese fluently, is essential

Being professional and knowledgeable of the services and products offered

Skills in Networking and Negotiating

Client oriented – polite, responsive and persistent

Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative

Being able to keep manage his/hers time

Own transport and a valid driver’s license is essential and preferably a resident of Maputo

Recent sales experience in the related industry is essential
