Provide secretarial support to the Sales Consultant Market Specialist

and Executive Sales Consultant in terms of the following:

1.Travel arrangements.

2.Organising meetings functions presentations and conferences.

3.Diary management.

4.Mail and information mangement.

5.Client liaison.

6.Time and priority management.

7.Office and telephone administration.

8.Typing of legal documents.

9.Managing client database.



1.Grade 12 or equivalent.


1.Secreterial experience and computer literacy.

2.Previous experience in a marketing environment with knowledge of

and the MS-Office package will serve as an advantage.


1.Good client service orientation.

2.Concern for order and accuracy.

3.Good communication skills (verbally and in writing) in English and


4.Ability to prioritise and handle conflict.
