Key Responsibilities
Diary and e-mail management
Meeting, function, conference arrangements
Travel arrangements
Office and telephone administration
Administration of service requests
Manage client information database
Additional administrative duties include :
Activity and budget controls
Coordinate and collate feedback and reporting
Ad Hoc support to OM
E2F Actions
Co-ordinate all purchases
Regional recoveries
Budget control
Book month closure
Support with budget projections
Courier services
Power point presentations
Complaints register
Stationary
Filing
Follow up actions
Daily monitoring of productivity vs. affectivity
Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 2 years administrative experience
Experience within the financial services industry would be an advantage
KNOWEDLGE:
Knowledge and experience of business processes
Computer literacy (MS Office, Lotus Notes, PowerPoint etc)
