The objective of the SAP HR Consultant is to provide business support and technology integration. Consultants are involved in large and multiple engagements. They have Industry focus and are very senior in the consulting organisation. With excellent SAP skills and product knowledge, the consultant leverages new opportunities for the organisation. To provide Industry Specific or new offering perspectives to the project team.

• Mentor and manage junior consultants
• Changes to payroll and testing
• Technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-User documentation and User manuals
• Document client requirements
• Problem solving
• Advises, interfaces and establish credibility with clients
• Assists client in SAP knowledge transfer
• Providing consulting services to identify business and system opportunities for change.
• Report support or project progress to the Senior Consultant

Technical Skills:

• 6 years SAP support experience
• Must have experienced 3 full SAP implementation
• Proven track record of implementing projects
• Proven HR configuration skills
• Proven ability on SAP payroll Rules and Schemas
• Ability to write functional specs and high level technical specs
• Integration experience with other SAP modules
• Specialise in one SAP HR Module – preferably Payroll
