Procurement is a member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply(CIPS). As members of CIPS, each procurement employee / member sign up to the Code of Ethics and is expected to abide by the Code. In addition, all of us are expected to adopt an ethical purchasing policy based on the principles of this Code and to raise any matter of concern relating to business ethics at an appropriate level.
The graduate development programme of SARS is a 24 months programme (fixed term) where you will be introduced to a broad spectrum of learning experience while developing generalist and specialist fields.

At the end of the development programme, trainees who successfully meet SARS’s recruitment requirements will be considered permanent appointment.

Minimum Requirements

Matric Certificate
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or
Bachelor’s Statistics or
Bachelor’s Degree Law or
Bachelor’s Supply Chain
Academic average of 60%+
Currently not participating in a Graduate programme/Learnership
South African citizen
Available immediately
