Job specification
Specific experience required
•4 years experience in the similar environment
•Supervisory experience will be an advantage
•Tertiary training in chemistry will be an advantage

Required outputs: Functional
•Planning, scheduling and control of plant
•Do fault finding, problem solving.
•Personnel management, training and administration
•Waste minimisation and management
•Coordinate plant maintenance
•Enforce adherence to SHERQ system requirements
•Distribute production report
•Manage stock of raw materials and final products
Job Requirements
Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
•Grade 12 /NQF level 4 (must)
•Maths & Science (must)
•Appropriate score on LPCAT psychometric evaluation (must)
•Supervisory experience will be an advantage
•Knowledge of SAP will be and advantage

General
•Liaise with all stakeholders;
•Promote a safety awareness culture.
•Plant safety and health, environment, risk, quality management.
•Assist with cost control and budgeting
•Review and update plant procedures
