Salary: R115 212 –R135 714 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Mpumalanga Regional Office, Nelspruit (Ref No.: 4/34)

Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate with Accounting or Mathematics as subjects, a national diploma or degree with commercial subjects will be an added advantage; Knowledge, experience, interpretation and application of accrual accounting and GRAP standards, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations on public entity and other relevant regulations, ERP knowledge on Oracle or SAP or AccPacc or accrual accounting compliant systems are essential.

The incumbent will provide administrative and specialized procurement support to SASSA. Capture assets procured in the fixed asset register; Conduct physical asset verification; Assist in identifying assets to be disposed;

Sourcing of Quotations for procurement of goods and services;

Capturing and Issuing of purchase orders;

Performance of inventory management functions as well as management and maintenance of the Supplier Database;

Implement Supply Chain Management policies and practices with applicable GRAP standards, SA-GAAP and IFRS, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Constitution, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and other various regulations.
