Directorate: Office of the Deputy Director General: Clinical Services
SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Central Office, Johannesburg
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Good organisational,
communications, interpersonal, filing, confidentiality and prioritisation skills.
Experience in Office Administration will be an advantage.
Good MS computer package literacy. Proficiency in English. Telephone etiquette. Be prepared to work
long hours.
DUTIES : Perform general administrative duties in the Office of the DDG as required.
Render logistical, administrative and technical support in the Office of the DDG.
Assist in arranging meetings and workshops. Filing and retrieving of documents.
Co-ordinating and tracking of outgoing and incoming documents in the Office of
the DDG: Clinical Services. Ensuring that deadlines for document or submission
are met. Co-operate with all staff in the DDG`s Office as part of a team. Liaise with
internal and external stakeholders of the Office of the DDG: Clinical Services.
Assist in the management of the DDG: Clinical Services` diary. Management of
frontline desk. Rendering professional receptionist services including answering
telephone calls, typing, data capturing, filing, photocopying, receiving, recording
and dispatching of documents. Rendering of procurement and logistics arrange for
the office of the DDG: Clinical Services.
