SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS: E-OPERATIONS 2 POSTS REF NO:
HR 4/4/3/1E OPS/UIF
SALARY : R227 802 per annum
CENTRE : Unemployment Insurance Fund: Pretoria

 

REQUIREMENTS

: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management or equivalent
qualification. Two years functional experience. Knowledge: Unemployment
Insurance Act, Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act, Public Service
Regulations, Public Management Act, Batho Pele Principles, Public Finance
Management Act, All Operations Systems, Basic Conditions of Employment Act,
Labour Relations Act. Skills: People Management skills, Communication (both
written and verbal), Listening, Computer Literacy, Customer Relations,
Interpersonal, Problem solving, Presentation, Report Writing.

 

DUTIES :

Verify all electronic claims that are processed on relevant Systems. Authorize
payments to qualifying UI beneficiaries, Monitor and ensure registration of all
declarations, investigation of all discrepancies including verification of all
documents for authenticity and correctness, Maintain close working relationship
with all stakeholders and conduct advocacy on UI related processes and
procedures. Manage all the resources in the Sub-Section.
