6. SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER CHANGE MANAGEMENT REF NO: SD/2015/03/05

SALARY : R227 802 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Johannesburg: Head Office and regional Offices
REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma/ degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science
Information Systems, 2-3 years’ experience in the ICT field. Change
management field or project management. Knowledge and understanding of
SAP. Solution functionality advantageous, knowledge of change management
principles, methodologies and tools. Experience in stakeholder, human capital
and Project Management. Experience in large and medium ERP implementation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal and presentation) Flair for
analysis, meticulous/ attention to detail. Excellent active listening skills. Strong
team work capabilities.
DUTIES : Apply and manage a structured of approach to organizational change
Management. Ensure organizational transition and governance. Liaise and work
together with the project manager to ensure application requirements and
performance goals are met. Lead and execute the solution configuration stage of
the change management process to ensure that the new jobs and roles match
the design. Lead the go live implementation stage of the change management
process to ensure that the stakeholder realize and accept the benefits of the
change. Draft consolidation of survey results relating to business requirements.
Provide statistics report and analyse trends. Facilitate the impact assessment on
Social Care Solution. Monitor changes for developments of training material for
system users. Monitor alignment of the system to changing business
requirement. Monitoring and implementation of the change management plans
for the system.in the department. Develop and manage change management
plans for the system in the Department. Show initiative and gradually take
ownership of own work and implement change management strategy and
communication strategy.

REQUIREMENTS : A Degree / National Diploma in Development Studies or equivalent qualification
with extensive knowledge of community development as well as monitoring and
evaluation. Knowledge of SAO would be added advantage. Must have good
report writing skills and computer skills. Ability to work and deliver in highly
pressured environment. A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES : Monitor and analyse all special projects of all reports at Head Office. Provide
support to reports in monitoring special projects, compile monthly and quarterly
reports for each region on the Sustainable Livelihood projects.(income
generating projects). Develop exit strategy and timelines for each project based
on its maturity, use monitoring reports to plan strategic shift in addressing poverty
challenges.

9. ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT REF NO: SD/2015/03/07
SALARY : R183 438-per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Father Smangaliso Mkhatshwa Centre
REQUIREMENTS : A three year tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics with 2-
3 years’ experience in Supply Chain environment. Knowledge and understanding
of Supply Chain prescript i.e. Treasury Regulations, PFMA etc. knowledge of
procedure, systems and processes regulating procurement, assets management,
tender and contract management functions in both the public service and the
Department. Good interpersonal skills, client oriented and ability to work under
pressure. Maintain the asset register, physical verification of assets, movement
of asset and monitor asset disposal processes. A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES : the capturing of requisitions, expedite outstanding orders, registration of vendors
and attend to procurement queries. Oversee the implementation of tender and
contract management functions. Supervise staff and manage staff performance
development, training and leave plans.
