Senior PPM Business Analyst (5 Positions)

A company based in Cape Town is looking for a Senior PPM Business Analyst (FIVE Positions)

 

Minimum Requirements

· Minimum 5 years Project Management experience

· SAP PPM transactional training

· SAP PPM capital process training

PMO Experience

 

Job Specification

Successful applicant will be required to do the following:

· Provide PPM analysis expertise, guidance and recommendations to aid in the review of the capital programme.

· Meet with project managers to review their project implementation readiness, requirements and risks.

· Conduct risk assessments with Project Managers.

· Facilitate the identification of any gaps in the project implementation readiness.

· Facilitate and assist in the change process regarding adoption of the CCT PPM processes.

· Manage and support the structuring of each portfolio and guidelines initiatives and items regarding alignment to business process requirements and definitions.

· Manage and support the migration of data including the upload and reconciliation of data in PPM regarding alignment to business process requirements and definitions.

Provide knowledge transfer to Employees and other project resources.
