SENIOR PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REF NO: JI 01/2015

SALARY : R227 802 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must be in possession of a National Diploma in Supply Chain
Management or equivalent qualification with 3-5 years’ experience in a
supervisory post in a Supply Chain Management environment. In-depth
knowledge of LOGIS & BAS systems. Computer literate. Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES : The incumbent will be responsible to manage the procurement of assets, storage
and distribution process in the office of the Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional
Services. The undertaking and management of logistical inspection and
investigations and management of stock. Administration of tenders contract and
Fleet Management of Finance and Human Resources and assets. Competencies
and attributes: Communication, project and programme management,
transformation management, change management, stakeholders management,
problem solving, analysis, service delivery, innovation, decision-making, people
management, empowerment, Integrity and honesty, confidentiality, good
interpersonal relations, good understanding of the Public Service policy and
