Education: Diploma or Equivalent
• Client Liaison.
• Financial controls
• Industrial / Employee Relations.
• Management of Company Assets / Machinery.
• Debtors Days.
• Administration of claims, petty cash, casual wages etc.
• Quality Control.
• Management of Sub Contractors.
• Maintenance installations and ADHOC sales.
• Asset/Fleet Management.
• Between 5 to 7 years working experience with a minimum of 4 years at management level.
• Must have a valid unendorsed driver
• Fully computer literate.
• Well organized.
• Must be deadline driven.
• Must plan and execute daily operational issues.
• Must be able to motivate staff.
• Good financial control.
• The ability to solve problems.
• Must preferably reside in or around the greater JHB area.
• Must be able to deal with stressful and challenging situations.
• Horticultural / Landscape installation experience would be an advantage.
• Must have passion for our industry.
