The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration (or related qualification)
• Proven track record of success in senior administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment
• Confident, driven and dynamic individual

Duties & Responsibilities
• Full management and coordination of the Talent division
• Coordinates various tasks for the Talent directors with relevant divisions
• Responsible for the annual Talent calendar.
• Organising all meetings of the Talent Head, including EXCO and all other committee’s he’s involved in
• Taking minutes at meetings, preparation of actions plans for purposes of follow through on decisions taken
• Assist the Talent Head with preparation of submissions and presentations for various meetings
• Project management of multiple projects, follow through on issues timeously and preparation of status reports
• Review and summarise high level reports and documents and respond where necessary, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
• Management of events that are being hosted by the Talent division
• Prepare a range of correspondence according to company guidelines for approval and processing
