South African Breweries recruits Management Trainees
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – OPERATIONS – ALL PROVINCES
The Management trainee would shadow a Distribution Manager and Warehouse manager and basically learn the SAB way without having people or KPI accountabilities. The successful person will be involved in the entire value chain, understanding it from start to finish whilst simultaneously working on an identified project and progressing through structured development plan. They are usually in the role for 8-12 months depending on their rate of learning and experience.
We want candidates that are able to fast track quickly to a senior level to fill whichever management vacancy avails itself at a time which is very much dependent on the successful candidate.
