SENIOR PERSONNEL PRACTITIONER: HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT šŸ™ LIEUTENANT) (POLICE SERVICE ACT): SALARY BAND C: REF NO.( DPCI/24/2015)

CORE FUNCTIONS: Implement and co-ordinate Skills Development Facilitation;

*Implement and administer Education, Training and Development provisioning and related matters;

*To co-ordinate the Education, Training and Development workplace skills plan as well as addressing training and development needs of an individual or the section through human resource needs;

*Administer the Education, Training and Development committee process;

*Compile and implement the Education,. Training and Development Workplace Skills Plan and compile training reports;*Co-ordinate external training interventions;

*Develop a database on external providers*Register and maintain courses on the Training Administration System (TAS).

GENERAL: Only the official application form which will be available at all DPCI:HRM Offices within the Province will be accepted. Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or for medical reasons, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
