Reports to: Regional Manager: Properties
Summation: To provide administrative and operational support to the Manager: Properties Management. To assist in the
management of suppliers and contractor to ensure service delivery in line with SLA’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating financial aspects
Assist in coordinating all customer requests and complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Assist in coordinating the facility management administration
Assist in coordinating asset register per building
Assist in coordinating the insurance claims
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications and Experience and Knowledge
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE.
Grade twelve (NQF Level 4)
At least 5 years experience in Facilities; Property or Project Management or equivalent knowledge and skills
Incumbent must have a valid code 8 drivers licence
KNOWLEDGE
Sound knowledge of property management
Computer Literacy in Ms Word, Excel and Power Point
Good understanding of SLA’s and Management contracts
Good financial and business acumen
Skills and Abilities and Attributes
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills, Customer service centric, Team and
project focused, Problem solving and analytical skills, Innovative, Resource and management skills, Time
