Group Real Estate Services	Matriculation Exemption Three-year formal post school qualification preferably in a commercial services, management services, or related field A post graduate qualification – post graduate degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Science or Business management, Financial Management, Engineering, Interior Design or Interior Architecture Keen interest in business and in touch with topical issues and current events. Risk	To join this programme, you’ll need to be a South African citizen in the final year of your Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree with finance, statistics, and financial management as a major. Group Compliance	You’ll need a three-year qualification from a recognised South African university, such as a B.Com, LLB, B.Proc or similar, ideally with risk management as a major or third year subject. Either way, you will need to be a South African citizen who’s a confident communicator with a drive to enter into a compliance career. An analytical approach is essential, together with the ability to adapt to different challenges and the confidence to recommend solutions in a pressurised environment. With an eye for detail, you’ll also need the ability to tackle a number of tasks at the same time, either working in a team or on your own initiative.
