SALARY : R115 212 per annum

CENTRE : Head Office

REQUIREMENTS :

A matric certificate with typing  Experience in general office administration Knowledge of
record keeping and document management  Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

DUTIES :

Provide a secretarial/receptionist support service to the manager  Provide a clerical
support service to the manager  Remain up to date with regards to prescripts/policies
and procedures applicable to his/her work terrain ensure efficient and effective support to
the manager. Personal Profile:  This position will suit a person with:  Good interpersonal,
communication and organisation skills  Ability to act with tact and discretion 
Willingness to work long hours and under pressure.
