Candidate Requirements
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, or system configuration problems and identify
and provide solutions.
- Liaise with internal development teams when necessary
- Effectively document client support issues and update call tracking software in a
timely manner
- Help maintain specific client hosted environments, including upgrades to databases
and application servers
- Participate in on-call 24/7 support for escalated client production sites
- Efficiently debug source code to identify reported defects. As and when necessary
conduct development to fix the defect
- Performing Minor and Internal Development
- Providing clients with software training (on site/off-site)
- Monitor and assist with setting up the SDDS (during and after office hours)
- Provide support as per extended service agreements
Qualifications:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent thereof
- Highly skilled in MS SQL server and SQL
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge would be advantageous
- Solid understanding of client-server enterprise software
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- C# .NET, Java, Delphi and Networking knowledge/experience would be advantageous
Citrix experience advantageous.
