Responsibilities include:

· Create and drive programs to migrate legacy customers to standard HP terms and rates

· Proactively engage Autonomy Sales team to increase Support connect rates on large deals

· Interface with Autonomy Support Sales team on major Upsell opportunities

· Work with Sales, Legal, Support Delivery and Deal Desk to review and approve non-standard deals

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 5+ year experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk
OR
5+ year experience in similar roles with extensive Sales/Legal/Finance interface

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

Ability to work independently in a high pressure and unstructured environment
Strong influencing skills with internal partners and stakeholders
Multitask multiple work streams to agreed deliverables and timelines
Proven Project/Program management of complex projects with financial targets
Knowledge of Support Delivery highly desirable
