Tavcor Motor Group: Sales Cadet Programme

TAVCOR MOTOR GROUP will be running a ‘sales cadet’ programme from January 2014.

We are interested in graduates who would be interested in a career in motor vehicle sales.

The ideal profile:

• honesty and integrity
• interpersonal and networking skills
• communication and linguistic skills
• persuasion / influencing skills
• ambitious and achievement oriented
• strong drive for financial success

A basic salary of R6 000 will be payable during the training period (of between 6 and 12 months).
Thereafter successful trainees will have the opportunity to be appointed permanently as sales executives with strong earning potential selling premium brand motor vehicles.
Trainees will be placed at the Volkswagen, Audi and Suzuki dealerships during 2014.
