Specific Outcomes/ Core Tasks, Responsibilities & Authority

Supports the Group Operating Officer in various projects as directed including:

Responsible for taking cost saving, supply sustainability, technical transfer and regulator initiated initiatives and converting them into relevant product supply, through designing and executing project plans including multiple departments across multiple countries.

The projects are measured on delivery on time and in budget and are
balanced with the on-going supply or savings that they generate.

Manage the Technical Project Feasibility assessment including drafting the
feasibility, obtaining input from technical and commercial streams and
finalising proposal.

Initiate Technical Projects, communicate to Project Team and Affiliates.

Determine and communicate project costs to Finance team to calculate cost savings and undertake commercial analysis.

Arrange for quotes for outsourced and insourced activities and then obtain approval of quotes and purchase orders.

Compilation of project plans as well as review by concerned parties who provide input on project documentation.

Support technical team with any data requests and/or confirmations required by regulatory team.

Data Pack requirements and compilation co-ordination between site and regulatory.

Assist site and project team with regulatory frill requests and deliverables as required.

Assist site in preparation for first supply to market co-ordinating with supply hubs including packaging and quality items.

Interface for technical queries and issues related to the projects.

Communicate and report progress, risks and issues to Project Team.

Project risk management and mitigation to ensure on time delivery.

 

 

Requirements:

Knowledge

Knowledge of Business unit plan,

Regulated market requirements – FDA, EU, MHRA, TGA, WHO, MCC requirements,

Product knowledge and Industry knowledge.

Education and Experience

Matric / grade 12;

Qualified pharmacist;

3-5 years pharmaceutical experience;

Project Management experience;
