TELECOM OPERATOR 2 POSTS REF NO: Health/KHC/1557

SALARY : R110 739 per annum CENTRE : Kimberley Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 with no experience, though a switchboard or reception operation would serve as an advantage. Professionalism, strong communication skills. Ability to learn the Department’s service delivery standards, components and operate switchboard. Proficiency in a variety of official languages will be an added advantage.

Must be able to work under pressure and be dedicated to his/her work. He/she must be able to communicate with employees at all levels. Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

DUTIES : Render switchboard services. Attend to incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to relevant extensions and all l administrative duties incidental thereto. Provide clients with relevant information. Take messages and convey to relevant staff. Keep record of all outgoing calls.
