Job Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Special Requirements)

Qualification:
Grade 12 (NQF level 4).

Experience:
3 Years Sales and/or customer facing experience in an ICT environment.

Special requirements:
Knowledge of Commercial Systems.
Core Description (Duties & Responsibilities)    The incumbent will be responsible to generate both proactively and reactively for the entire Business Sales environment, as well as providing excellent customer care thereby ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. To ensure integrity of commission and incentives.
