Requirements
· Matric / Grade 12 certificate
· Customer care skills
· Proficiency in English and an acceptable level of proficiency in any other official language
· Six (6) months Administrative work experience
· Good interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
· Computer skills
· Knowledge of registration process and registration calendars
· Ability to work under pressure and accurately
· Must be available and able to assume duty at short notice
· Willingness to work longer than normal office hours and Saturdays when required

 

Duties
· Assist with the handling of prospective student enquiries
· Assist with the administration of student applications for financial aid and handle follow-up enquiries
· Assist with administration of pre-registration assessment
· Support students with the registration process
· Printing of forms and information
· Assist with the Input of biographical data
· Administer cashier function
· Handle student financial enquiries
· Handle enquiries re non receipt of study material
· Document processing
· Assist with administration of Facilities and exam venues
· General office admin: typing, filing, faxing, scanning, emailing.
· Assist with graduation ceremonies

Assumption of duty : As soon as possible
Salary : R46 per hour
