A demanding and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Business Intelligence (BI) Department of TFG Financial Services for a dynamic, highly motivated individual. If you’re passionate about data this is the ideal position for you!

• Data manipulation
• Perform ad-hoc reporting requests to respond to business needs in timely manner
• Run and automate regular reporting including executive and management summaries
• Involved in projects to ascertain data requirements
• Understanding and involvement in Business Analysis, working closely with users.

Person requirements

• A passion for data and how this contributes to the business
• Excellent data interpretation skills
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving ability
• To be an enthusiastic team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Ability to reason and package ideas and results in a logically ordered, understandable and practical way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional time management skills to be able to complete tasks effectively to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Advanced problem solving, judgment and self management skills
• SAS and SQL skills and the use of Macros are advantageous
• Knowledge of the credit industry and credit life cycle management would be advantageous
• The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• High level of initiative with an entrepreneurial mindset
