We’re searching for a dynamic Account Director to lead a highly capable team responsible for several market-leading FMCG Brands. Prime responsibility will be for ensuring the quality of the Agency’s strategic and creative product, and for inspiring high standards in other team members. We partner with our Clients in building their Brands, and the Account Director is responsible for developing and managing this relationship.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED

– Minimum five years Advertising Agency experience in an Account Management role
– Post graduate degree or National Diploma, majoring in communication, marketing, advertising or other related Business Sciences
– Financial and budget control ability
– Marketing knowledge and experience
– Outstanding people management skills
– Committed team worker
– Intellectual depth
– Excellent written/verbal communication skills
– Good interpersonal skills
– Strong service orientation
– Integrity, energy and creativity
