DUTIES: Provide general administrative support, photocopying, faxing and filing of documents. Assist with procurement related duties such as obtaining quotations and do follow up. Updating a register of National Orders nominees. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain41 records and other information. Assist with preparation of major events, make travel arrangements, process subsistence and travel-forms.

DUTIES: Provide general administrative support to the unit, inter alia, making travel arrangements for protocol officials, typing, photocopying, faxing and filing of documents. Ordering stationery and tracking expenditure. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Assist during preparation of major events. Make travel arrangements. Provide general administrative duties.

Applicants must be in possession of a National Diploma / Degree in Events Management / Public Relations.
DUTIES: Draft project plans for events, draft pre & post events reports, provide general administrative support to the unit, inter alia, making travel arrangements, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing of documents, ordering stationery and tracking expenditure.
