Graduate Jobs in South Africa

Tiger Brands has a track record of developing, acquiring and growing iconic brands through brand building and innovation, and so satisfying a range of consumer, shopper and customer needs. We have traditionally focused on the South African market and provided consistently superior returns for our investors.

We are making progress in expanding the footprint of the business and becoming a recognised ‘multi-country, local player’ in selected emerging markets, through our strategy of selective acquisition and growing our FMCG brands that are desired by the majority of consumers.

WHAT DO WE OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES (EMPLOYEE VALUE PROPOSITION)?

Graduate recruitment plays an integral role in building the Tiger Brands talent pipeline. The company seeks graduates who are self-motivated team players, efficient, flexible and able to think on their feet in an ever-changing world.

There are a wide range of careers available at Tiger Brands, across the disciplines of Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Management, Shopper Marketing, Marketing, Research & Development, Finance, Information Technology and so on.

Through its significant operations both locally and internationally, Tiger Brands can offer its employees excellent career development opportunities to either advance their career within a specific business or laterally across different functions.

In addition to the graduate programme, Tiger Brands is committed to attracting and developing young talent in the organisation through the learnerships we offer to employees and the workplace experience opportunities available to national diploma students.

Tiger Brands young talent projects focus on addressing the ‘scarce skills’ shortage experienced by the organisation in the supply chain, engineering, technical, customer management and shopper marketing fields.
