Graduate Jobs in South Africa

Young Talent recruitment plays an integral role in building Tiger Brands’ talent pipeline and as part of our Young Talent programmes, each year we offer bursaries and employ new graduates, interns and in-service trainee in different disciplines across the organisation.

Tiger Brands young talent projects focus on addressing the ‘scarce skills’ shortage experienced by the organisation in the supply chain, engineering, technical, customer management and shopper marketing fields.

Through its significant operations both locally and internationally, Tiger Brands can offer its employees excellent career development opportunities to either advance their career within a specific business or laterally across different functions.

Tiger Brands is committed to attracting and developing young talent in the organisation through the learnerships we offer to employees and the workplace experience, work integrated learning, in-service training and internship opportunities available to national diploma and degree students to complete their qualification or post-graduation.

To further build our young talent pipeline, Tiger Brands also offers bursaries to Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering students each year.

Tiger Brands has a track record of developing, acquiring and growing iconic brands through brand building and innovation, and so satisfying a range of consumer, shopper and customer needs.
