Main responsibilities
Ultra Ambassador – ability to sell the system to the KDs, remaining positive at all times
Good Ultra system understanding to provide immediate support to basic user education to complex IT issues
Log all IT issues with the Service Desk
Patience during knowledge transfer essential especially on Support Calls
Providing user education support for all HHT Issues Ability to work under pressure and deliver according to required timings
Ability to stick to set time frames
Highlight to internal IT if not on track & or issues encountered.
Updating the KD Issue Log and liaising
Attend Daily Meeting
Ability to sign off Testing for KD
Understand uniqueness of each KD
Log / track and follow up on issues raised at sites with the internal Ultra project team
Ability to understand back office finance functions with regards to pricing / SAP / balancing
Good relationship management
Good understanding of business processes and operational functions (i.e. Order to cash/Logistics/Route planning)

Key Compentencies
Proficiency with MS office modules essential -> Excel/Word & Powerpoint.
Ability to learn and grasp new systems quickly & ability to in still that knowledge to customers.
Good written and verbal communication
Minimum Requirements
Matric with maths
2 years experience in IT, Finance or Call Centre.
Experience on Ultra, Sap or similar financial packages.
Will be required to travel on potential short notice.
