Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A relevant 3 year degree / diploma in  IT
• ITIL and Project Management qualifications would be advantageous
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience in full ITSM lifecycle implementation on the Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, and Request Fulfilmentmodules
• Must have knowledge of:
  • ITSM best practices
  • Business Analysis
  • Systems Analysis
  • Systems Implementation and Technical Support
  • ITIL Principles and the application thereof
  • FrontRange Solutions ITSM Enterprise Design in a Joint Application Design (JAD)
  • FrontRange Solutions ITSM Enterprise Development
  • FrontRange Solutions ITSM Enterprise Business Intelligence
• Project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain project schedules
• Documentation skills, including assistance with drafting source documents for training purposes
• MS SQL Skills, including Data Management and Report Writing
• JavaScript
• XML
• Facilitation and Presentation skills
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to communicate with equal proficiency in English and Afrikaans
• Interpersonal / Relationship management skills
• Analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
• Adaptability to change
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
• Team player
• Own car
• Valid driver’s license
• Contactable on (own) cell phone
• Willing to work after hours / over weekends
