We are looking for an investment product specialist to manage, maintain and develop 10X’s investment, pre- and post- retirement products. These include a Collective Investment Scheme Manco, Living Annuity, UCITS IV feeder-fund and Funds established in terms of the Pension Fund Act.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
All products
•Draft and maintain product specification documents and collateral for products
•Ensure products are aligned with the changing regulatory environment, market dynamics and customer needs
•Project manage the implementation of new products or product enhancements across the business
•Working closely with digital and IT to develop and enhance integrated product solutions and customer experience across the business
•Maintenance of product tools and calculators
•Providing technical marketing support and product positioning
CIS Manco
•Responsible for operations of the CIS Manco
•Manage relationship with 3rd party administrator
•Liaise with internal and external compliance to ensure that policies are in line with relevant regulation and legislation
•Ensure operating procedures are compliant with company policies and service standards
•Preparation and completion of Manco Board and Sub-Committee packs
•Manage Manco relationship with external parties including Trustee, custodians, and the FSCA
•Assist with financial reporting of the Manco
Living Annuity
•Manage relationship with cell captive insurer
•Liaise with compliance to ensure that product is being operated inline with regulation and agreements
UCITS
•Manage relationship with 3rd party Manco and Administrator
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
•Related Financial/Investment/Commercial degree
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the CIS industry
•Strong understanding of the investment, tax and regulatory environment in South Africa
•Knowledge of technical and operational requirements of Manco operations
