Job Title: Sales Coach (Telecoms)
Location: Durban

Job Summary:
Duties:
Monitor the performance of all sales consultants and identify areas of improvement
Develop a relationship with the sales team that makes it easy to communicate their ideas and issues they are facing
Set learning and financial objectives for the team
Develop learning material for the sales staff
Create coaching sessions, and other role-playing activities
Establish training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance and reports
Collect feedback regarding coaching sessions
Prepare and present reports to the Training Manager
Stay up to-date with the new market trends and demands of a sales environment

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant training / facilitation qualifications
At least 3 years’ experience in a Coaching / Training Facilitator role is required
Telecoms sales experience is essential
Proven leadership abilities
Must be able to demonstrate excellent coaching techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of ADSL / LTE / Fibre
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
Good sales track record
Ability to identify individual and team training needs
Problem solving skills
Ability to operate under pressure
Must be punctual and have good attendance
Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
