Position Description 
Provide engineering support to underwriters for MAP and High Limits accounts.

Manage the Client Service Process (CSP) including service plan development, service co-ordination, report reviews, stewardship meetings.

Review and approve MFL’s for new and existing accounts.

Produce Account Summary Reports (ASR’s) where appropriate.

Improve risk quality of accounts.

Undertake limited field work for accounts handled.

Ability to write clear and concise overviews/reports.

Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Technical Skills/Competencies
Working knowledge of Internationally recognized fire protection standards (e.g. NFPA Codes) as well as local asset protection standards (required).

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (required). Good level of verbal and written English (required).

Strong presentation skills.

Ability to work on own initiative (required).

Computer literacy (required).

 

 

Engineering degree (desired).
Experience
5-10 years Risk Engineering at field level with experience of high hazard and/or large risks.

1-5 years Account Engineering experience (desired)

Previous experience of working for a major insurance carrier or broker.
