Salary: R 123.00 – 123.00 Monthly

Job Summary:
The role of an Internal Sales / Till Operator is to service the needs of a company’s existing customers, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must come from an Electrical Background
Working efficiently so customers queueing are assisted timely
Taking payments and making sure the till balances end of business
Quoting on inbound call Centre following the sales process to invoice stage
Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders
Follow up on back orders
Quote reports and follow up
Queries and general administration
Negotiating and closing sales, (including requesting discount to convert sales)
Requesting feedback and follow up on ETAs via Procurement department
Daily reports
Up and cross selling including promotion of specialist (to supply evidence and regularity)
Relationship and co-operation with external sales team and other departments
Resolving complaints

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Electrical Qualification and advantage
Strong team spirit
Experience in a consumer / retail environment in selling electrical products
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
Close travelling distance to Fourways
