Job Summary:
Person will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the entire dispatching operation to ensure that goods are accurately received and dispatch.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:

Matric:
2 years Dispatch or Receiving experience
Excellent attention to detail
Accpac or similar ERP System knowledge
MS Office experience
Attire – Neat and presentable
Honest, Reliable and Responsible individual
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

The incumbent will be responsible for:
Dispatching of orders
Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
Assess situation and prioritize orders accordingly
Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products
Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
Track and update call logs and data in software programs
Provide reports on status
Interact with customers in professional manner
Consolidating of customer orders
Liaising with drivers and cashiers
