Job Summary:
Ensuring that the customer has a pleasant experience while visiting our store and making sure the customer is helped quickly and tended too swiftly.

Requirements:
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:
– Matric
– 2-5 years’ Experience
– Computer literacy
– Electrical Qualification and advantage
– Experience in a consumer / retail environment in selling electrical products
– Excellent influencing, persuading and negotiating skills
– Strong numeric, commercial acumen and flair
– Ability to overcome the trials and stresses associated with working in a competitive sales environment
– High degree of personal motivation, resilience and commitment
– A willingness to represent the Company in a responsible manner, promoting the best
– Appearing well presented
– Customer focussed with the desire to provide a complete “end-to-end” service by going the extra mile
– Must come from an Electrical Background
