Passive House is a Cape Town based call center.

We are seeking to employ a skilled trainer with industry knowledg and experience. We are based in Milnerton, and will be recruiting from surrounding areas.

 

 

 

 

Job Title: Call Center Trainer
Location: Milnerton

Duties & Responsibilities:
The job entails training, assisting in development of training material, updates and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs both in class and on our e-learning platform so to hand over competent and confident learners to the various call centres.

Must be willing to travel to various sites to administer training to our stakeholders.

Key Functions:

Ability to use various facilitation skills such as role play, live call feedback and e-learning platforms.
Administer varied tests and learner assessments to check competency.
Deliver training using varied methods and techniques (facilitation, e-learning, etc.)
Develop curriculum, learning objectives, and/or course materials.
Service all stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse audience.
Coach learners when gaps or non-performance is identified.
Report on the various campaign trained on a weekly basis, per Call Centre.
Constantly review progress on assessments and plan corrective actions.
Introduce, train, and assist learners on how to use our E-learning platform.
Conduct Training for new recruits and refresher for existing learners.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Skills and Experience:

Minimum matric and or related NQF qualification essential
Training qualification preferred
Training experience in a Contact Centre environment Essential
Telecommunications experience highly advantageous
Experience in using and training on LMS and Articulate storyline preferred

Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
Strong computer skills (MS Office) essential and knowledge of e-learning is advantageous
Able to work under pressure and within deadline timeframes

Package & Remuneration:
R16 000 per month.
