Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for a Marketing Assistant who will be dedicated to the Adapt IT Telecoms division for technical and original content for the respective solutions relating to product brochures, self-help content, collateral page updates).

The Marketing Assistant will work with internal and external teams to better understand project expectations, participate in the brainstorming process. You will be responsible in creating and updating campaigns, surveys, updating of platforms.

To be a successful Marketing assistant, you should have exceptional writing & research skills, the ability to adapt to the varying needs of the team and our clients. You should be motivated, passionate and detail oriented.

Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
Development of content and support collateral with regards to presentations, brochures, sales support platform
Assist with maintaining and updating content within the self-help platforms, database systems
Onboarding and offboarding process regarding access to CXM products
Prepare monthly marketing reports
Create and post online announcement on the respective product / support portals
Collaborate with internal and external team to produce product mailers
Development of new content for new features, enhancements and initiatives – Updated collateral & mailers as well as product release mailers to partners.
Management of quarterly product training bootcamps delivering required communication, co-ordination, surveys and training certification.
Responsible for communication and surveys as well as system support on Freshdesk platform.
Market research
Desired Experience & Qualification
Marketing diploma; BSc in Marketing; Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
Strong communication, research, and typing skills
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Ability to work individually as we as within a team
Creativity, Resourcefulness, Flexibility, and Motivation.
Ability to understand the needs associated with a project, products solutions and the target audience.
Receptiveness to feedback.
Flexible to the modifications.
Telecoms background will be an advantage
