The senior engineer is responsible for clients Energy products (i.e. UPS, battery, and others) maintenance in South Africa.

Support the customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to the customers.

Job Title: DIGITAL ENERGY ENGINEER
Location: Woodmead

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Level 1 / Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with remote technical support team
Handle customer service request, get customer voice, track and close the requirement in time
Precaution check, software / hardware rectification, and software update / upgrade
Perform troubleshooting and emergency recovery to support the Operations and Customer Support teams

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above
Specialization: Electronics science, Telecommunication, Information Technology(IT)
Working experience in engineering or technical support in telecommunication industry is preferred
Good knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Energy product technology
Strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving Energy product related issues
Good service spirit and strong communication ability
Good team work and fluent English
